Lump under the arm for last 3-4 years , since 10 days it started paining also while touching . size of lump is around 2 inch diameter

Hello,you have mentioned that you were diagnosed axillary lipoma previously..is that about the same swelling you mentioned now? Lipomas won't be painful in most of the cases but if you are having pain, it would be better to get rid of it with a surgery. Regards.
