Chest pain while breathing

Asked for Female, 22 Years

From yesterday my chest is paining while taking deep breath and while yawning and while sleeping changing position also paining. While taking deep breath only it is painful. While normal breathing it is ok. What could it be?

Could be costochondritis. But still check with a physician by physical examination before taking a pain killer.
