Flu

Day before yesterday I had schezwan noodles, after that I've been vomiting n having loose motions.. feels like food is not digested so I threw it out myself..had khichdi, banana, curd, black coffee.. also had roko, pudin hara, quinol, vomistop medicines but not much has helped.. having little stomach pain also. Plz suggest remedies to cure it!

While having food I'm get light Pain in chest and I feel light dizziness. I get pain nerve pain left side of neck and it travells to my shoulder blade.And Iegs get hard. I get coughing .
