I done my MRI for my lower back issues..in this MRI it shows like bilateral facetal arthosis is noted in L4-5 and L5-S1 what is this means?? Is this any bad sign? I'm attaching my MRI report also

Got my blood test results done a few days back. Bilirubin Total is higher than normal, probably due to Bilirubin indirect. Bilirubin Total is 1.27 while the report says that normal range is between 0.3 & 1.2 Bilirubin indirect is 1.05 while the report says that normal range is between 0 & 0.9 What should I make of this ?
