MRI shows arthosis
I done my MRI for my lower back issues..in this MRI it shows like bilateral facetal arthosis is noted in L4-5 and L5-S1 what is this means?? Is this any bad sign? I'm attaching my MRI report also

Hi There  are  mild  changes   present Arthrosis  is  post inflamatory  fibrosis  changes Will hamper  in long term Needs physiotherapy. Take  care  of   your joints It is alarm  to  change  your  wrong posture if any.
