Hi there, I understand the capsules are usually a little bigger than normal capsule size. However, it is based on daily requirement. Therefore, I advice you take those capsules only. It is difficult to swallow but with a sip of water you can take it. Also, you will get used to it.
Next Steps
Capsule size is due to the Daily requirement
Health Tips
Take the capsules once in a day and you will get used it
