From last 1.5year I am taking telma and prwzosin tablet.. But last 3days I am not taking prwzosin.. Today suddenly I feel high BP and sweeting.. Please help me what should I do

Hi doctor, Today suddenly when I was washing my face I cough and suddenly i saw blood come front he cough.  I am sending you the image of blood that come..  Please suggest is it alarming...  After that it didnt come...  Few day i had cough and i had xray and cbc done and report was normal...  But sometime blood used to come...  Didnt know what is this..  Kindly help.
