I have been suffering from cold and cough since a week what to do? I have taken few medicine regarding cold and cough but that's not working

I had piles sometime back and its cured through medication. Now i do not have edema or protruding mass, but i have sever burning sensation and increases after stools. Please suggest what to be done.

Sir, Last few days ago my two year baby was found hearing loss from that time onwards I was let down and feeling very depressed,lost my appetite. The sample CBC test report is attached. Hemoglobin is in range but low pcv, mch and mchc and high total RBC count. I've been on livogen medication as I was diagnosed with iron deficiency Anemia 2 months back when hemoglobin was 10 and ferritin count was 5. Now hemoglobin level as per current report is 13.6 but low pcv, much and mchc and high total RBC count. What does it mean? Do I need to continue with livogen medication?

From last 1.5year I am on 2 high BP medication. But recently I am on workout and good diet and my by is 117 /67 in or 117/76 every time.. I check 2times in a day.. So I have stopped 1medication from last 2days. I am 27year male. Please tell me is it ok
