Hi Doctor, For more than 1.5 years I have been feeling sleepy after meals. Earlier it was mild but now it is very heavy sleep. I don't even remember where I am, what I am doing. It feels like somebody has given some drugs or something, completely out of sense... Just for giving background, two years back I donated the blood in which i felt dizziness and after that I was feeling weak which was recovered after 2 days of rest... As far as my medical history is concerned, I do lot of physical activities likes Sports and cycling etc so my BP is on lower side always... So what do you think may be the problem, what do you suggest and what should be the next step ? Thank you

After 1year of c section delivery am facing muscle cramps especially all day heel pain and legs pain lower back pain I feel like my bones are moving in the back am not having proper sleep since after delivery due to child frequent feeding and am gaining weight around waist and thighs my face looking dull these days my hands face are thin.after doing little work in morning am getting tired then my heel pain and legs pain gets started . I have slight varicose veins back of my thigh don't know what happening to me unable to take care of myself and my baby.please suggest me good home treatments

Hello I faced TB in year 2017.I already taken the 9 month treatment for it and doctor told me I am cure after that.their is no pain for the 2 year. during TB I face pain in my leg (bone TB). now I am facing pain in my one leg again i don't know why? I am not facing any cough neither any weight loss Can you tell me is any chance of getting TB back? Can I do any test for this?
