From last 1.5year I am taking telma and prwzosin tablet.. But last 3days I am not taking prwzosin.. Today suddenly I feel high BP and sweeting.. Please help me what should I do

You should continue Prazosin. Antihypertensives shouldnt be withdrawn suddenly like you have described ends up in rebound hypertension
