Hypertension is a reversible dz provided you start eating healthy with moderate exercise. If you get into healthy lifestyle then only wean off the drug slowly by consulting your doctor. Let me know if further help required.

Not to stop the treatment. If bp is fluctuating,  better to change the drugs and see. Proper treatment is required to control the BP
