Can massage or lifting heavy object cause localised swelling or bulge on arm. What is the treatment?

Hi Doctor, whenever my sleep pattern gets disturbed, my feet swell alot so much that I cant locate my ankle. There is no pain though but swollen ankle and feet looks really bad. Can you please help me with what could be the reason of this swelling as it happens very commonly? Thanks in advance

I have lost the energy I used to have. I don't eat anything heavy as stool comes very thin already and not in pieces at all. All day I feel weak and I don't feel I get the energy from food I am eating. I have become lactose intolerant. My mind has become slow and as a whole I feel very weak.
