White gum sores

Hi, I am having white sores on gums behind the last tooth towards the right side and its extremely painful since adjacent to teeth, I am unable to eat properly as well. I ate outside a couple of days back and this has been happening since then.. Can you suggest some gel or ointment for healing and pain relief? Thanks.
