My bp is normal 130/85 , sugar is 99 fasting and 128 is pp , thyroid is normal but vit b12 is 190 and vit d is 14 earlier so dr advice me neurobion forte for 3 month and drise sachet once a week for 2 months but after 45 days i again feel pain in legs and sometimes faint also but majorly pain in calf areas in legs i again tested b12 is 235 now and d3 is 35 but still having leg pain again so plz suggest best treatment for this

I have been weak for a long time and wasn't able to walk and sit properly . Yesterday I comparatively walked and sat alot. Now in left leg i feel low sensation from outside but I can feel it to be hot from inside. Also there is a lot of pain in the right leg and it has been there for a long time. But yesterday it was unbearable.

I had viral fever and am usually anaemic with hb around 10. However this time platelet count has dropped to 90 to 95 k. Without any medication how can i improve my platelet count. I have been ruled out of any major fever like dengue, swine flu etc. My haemoglobin levels have dropped to 7.8 and other blood counts are also on the lower side.
