My age 30years i have knee pains.but morning time it's heavy pains. Why I have knee pains or sickness

My uncle was admitted for fever and then he got stroke.Now his WBC count is 16000 and his haemoglobin is 8.2. He is not taking enough food. And even he says that he is feeling weak.

Headache and acidity. Pain below right side of chest during time of eating and just opposite on back side while eating.

Sir I am from Assam and I found a piece of flesh growing near my rectum ,5 to 7 years back it was very small but now it has grown a bit bigger. Sir I am very worried please advise me what should I do. I am attaching the picture of it. Please help me sir

Past 2 days I am feeling throt pain, could you pls suggest medication for my throt pain. I am alredy taking medicine for blood plusser and diabetic.

3 weeks back I was diagnosed with viral fever. I have met couple of doctors and they suggested some tests like chicken gunea, dengue, typhoid,etc. Everything seemed normal and the fever is controlled within 4 days but since then I am suffering with joint and wrist pains in the body. Mostly under the feet. Am taking daily a couple of combiflam tablets since2 weeks. After taking the tablets it feels okay but then again in few hours pain starts. Due to household work I have to put some efforts daily. Can you please help what the problem is and which doctor is most suitable for this problem?

There's an uncomfortable feeling on the left side below my tongue. Can't exactly call it painful or itchy but it's just uncomfortable. Also a bit of difficulty taking a gulp. Since two days.

AM having blood pressure and using tablet coveram 5mg. Unfortunately this medicine is not available in India. Kindly suggest me substitute medicine for this.
