I am taking seven seas cod liver oil capsules and I taking first time it after 1 hour of food in morning   and one capsule everyday I feel some mild stomach pain after eating this can you suggest why I feel some mild stomach pain can you give me right time of dosage how I can take it after food or before food and what timing gap taken when we eat food and after taking it plz doctor
