I feel intense headache when I use electronic gadgets like mobile,laptop for long or by listening to song via earphone Why it happens?

I am having stomach ache and vomitting tendancy from yesterday night. From morning the ache is more, diarrhoea condition and also got fever and weakness. Feeling like vomit even on taking water.

Hi Doctor, Can you tell me what is the normal size of spleen in an adult. My age is 32 Weight is 104. Spleen size is 11.7 as per usg reports and in usg reports it's mentioned that size ,echo patter and location of spleen is normal. Last year June my spleen size was 10.6 cm and this June it is 11.7 cm Is there anything to be worried Attached is the usg reports
