From last 4-5 days she is vomiting after having food and she don't have any symptoms of fever and cold. Due to this today we have given small amount of food multi times but same result. Please advise

Dear Doctor, I had tonsillitis last week, when my WBC was 17 g / L. After taking the medicine and no longer feeling sore throat last Thursday, I did a blood test again this week Tuesday and my WBC dropped to 13 g / L, but it is not yet an normal number.
