Neck Shoulder pain
From yesterday morning, I have been suffering from neck/shoulder pain on right side. The pain is on the ending of the neck because of which the right shoulder is also heavy. Pain is more. Pls suggest any tension reliever on the muscles of neck Shoulder. Thank you.

The fault may be lying with your posture especially in office while working on computers or sleeping posture. Correct that, meanwhile take Acemiz MR twice a day just after meals for 3 days

This pain can be muscular.. but other causes of such pain should be ruled out. Do you have any other symptoms..? Need more information for proper diagnosis.
