For 7 days I am noticing that if I take junk food or fried rice,chilli chicken,etc  I am suffering from loose motion or watery stool but doesn't have any pain in stomach or belly But there is hardly any problem in case of home made food And stool is also normal for home made food How to cure this? Please suggest

Nowadays after passing stool when I wipe my anus there is little blood on tissue. Stool is hard and slight pain is there. Sometimes there is lot of pain before passing stool but after passing it, it is fine. No other problem. What can be the problem?
