For 2-3 months I have trouble with sleeping, unable to do my study, cannot do a task for more than 10 minutes, random thought always come in between, lack of motivation to fulfill any work, fear of failure always comes in mind rather than doing the actual work. When I should be studying a specific subject or doing project work I start studying something else and as expected could not complete the actual work.
