Sir, in my pharyngeal region some wound {left side near 3rd molar} and red spots {on pharyngeal tonsils } are grown I feel very difficulty in swallowing food and even if saliva So ,plz help me sir. Can I take medicine azime 500mg?

Hi..last 2 days back I was diagnosed by low levels of vitamin D and vitamin B12.. actually in the month march I have vitamin deficiency in that I was medication in 2 months..after taking medication my vitamin levels fully incresased.in that month of may my vitamin levels are like vitamin D is 74 and vitamin B12 are 756..so my doctor said stop the medicine..but last 3 weeks again I'm getting back pain and I'm feeling soo tried and mild giddiness and headache so I again I checked my vitamin levels.agsin it becam low levels..why it's happened..is this any bad sign..here I'm attaching my recent blood test results also..plz help me in this..

Dear Doctor, I have GERD. Endoscopy done on 31st January 19. Report is fine. I have burning sensation in throat on swallowing food, I have mouth burning, at times stomach burning. I am taking Pantosec once a day. Why am I having burning sensation and mouth ulcer? Is there any medicine to heal mouth ulcer throat burning sensation? I am taking medicine for Asthma, Urticaria. Please advise.
