Hello..I'm getting vitamin deficiency..both vitamin D and B12 levels are low..if I took the medicine they are improved..if I stop the medicine within the month the vitamin levels are became low..why it's happened..plz help me..

While on a flight I started feeling shooting pain just behind my eye towards my forehead. It felt like a certain vien was paining badly. Right side of my head had zero pain .
