Hi I feel something stuck in my throat have this issue for may be week and a half and feel relaxed after i gargle for 4-5 hours I drink at least 3 litres water daily I got no other issue

When I eat I feel food goes slowly into stomach I had medicines before that y food pipe !! something is holding my throat if I drink water  it's ok due to temperature  Delhi too hot no cough no temperature no cold oxygen level 94

Around a week, I was having painful and very hard motions due to which I was feeling some swelling near anus. After 2-3 days my stool was not much hard but I was having difficulty while passing motions. After motions, I was having pain for around 6-7 hours and difficulty in sitting and walking. Yesterday night, I took isabgol with warm milk and today my motion was soft so I don't have any pain now. But I am noticing a small lump since last 4-5 days. I am attaching an image for your reference. Kindly provide best way to get rid of this pain and lump.

Feeling pain in sometimes chest, back and waist. I have mate with gastroenterology and taken medicine of gas for one month. But after some time again feel start pain.

Swelling in arm nerves and it is quite visible. Severe pain while stretching. No injuries happened. Happening from last couple of days.

I have leg pain all the time since few days, especially at nights when I am done for the day. In the past, I used to have leg pain when I am tired or when I eat lot of sweets in a day. Is there anything specific which is deficit in my diet? It's everyday now. Thighs and shin - whole leg.

I have got my Widal tests 10 days ago for the typhoid with the value of Typhi 'O' and Typhi 'H' positive upto 1/40 and 1/80 in both the columns. I'm taking up the medicines and completed a 10 day course with the Antibiotic provided by the doctor which is Zenflox with a combination of Gas And Fever tablets. I repeated the Widal test again after 10 days and only the 1/80 column of Typhi 'H' was turned to be negative,but all the other 3 values positive. Doctor adviced me to continue the meds for 5 more days. But even after following everything, I'm still not feeling like I'm being well, there's always a little amount of internal fever and intense body pain , and the pain in bones since I felt this. Is there any reason is this only cause of my Typhoid as it's my second time for it , or there could be some other illness which I'm not focusing on. Please let me know !

Writing this on behalf of my father. Recently we tested his sugar level and its 210 and he is facing headache issue since 2 years now, once he has the headache then it will last till 3 days and we don't know the reason behind it. Also tested hemoglobin its 12.01. Need help for all these issues.

During household chores my mom hurt her forefinger it's been 4 days there has been swelling around her nail. She had applied mupi ointment and have cleaned using dettol. There is no opening or blood or puss that can be seen outside. She has no pain (tingling) but when touched the pain exists. Refer snapshots. Kindly help with a treatment/ medicine. She is scared of visiting a dr now due to covid situation.
