Tb symptoms

I was having weight loss and appetite loss. All blood reports were normal. Sputum test was negative for tb but igra positive. Doctor visit says I don't have tb as there are no other symptoms like body chills fever. For back pain and numbness he gave nervijen and its resolved now.
