Chronic Constipation
I'm taking Cremaffin around 15 ml from the past couple of months, without which I get very hard stools. Please suggest some alternatives for this? I have tried Duphalac and Triphala, it doesn't work. P.S. I don't have any other underlying health issue and I have balanced diet and water intake.

Continue with it. No need to change. Taking 'Anjeer ' 2 pc with milk at night is natural treatment and will have additive effects.
