Having a low fever with sore throat and throat feels like dry so is it a corona symptoms and I'm a smoker

My BP is usually 110/70. But since few days I feel weak in the mornings. I checked BP it is usually 85/55 in morning. I take one big cup of cold coffee without sugar and then start doing household chores. I feel weakness especially if I start to exercise. It gets normal after noon.

Nose blocked for the last2month after cold. Now I am very frustrated headache breathing problem cannot sleep in ac . Plz help me .

Choronic abdominal pain daily when wake up in morning and gas pass for last three year and sometime headache

From last couple of days my wife's body temperature is fluctuating between 97 to 99 degree. She has no other symptoms like cold, cough, headache, vommitting etc. She has recently started going to office however neither she has travelled nor there is any Corona case around us. However before two days her body temperature was around 95 to 97. Is there a matter of concern. And does she need to take any sort of precautions?

I have. I.B.S, bloating, constipation, inflammation only hands in outside due to sun and inside also. I have taken twice lactizip syrup and sorbiline,dulcoflex  tablet. Still not complete motion and heavyness at night and morning. I had one year before bells palsy that time doctors prescribe me omnacortil 10mg twice one month after left the treatment i am facing this all issues. Doctor say liver weak and muscle weak.I am taking equirex, prothiaden three times daily. Unienzyme and nurobion forte. I have to take pan d, cetcip 10 mg at night with lactizip, dulcoflex, sorbiline syrup and morning empty stomach aciloc 300mg the 70% relief again after motion i take pan d again.But inflammation of hands whole day and slight hair fall. so should i take cetcip 10mg with omnacortil 10 at night. And for how days.

I have been feeling  strong pain in the back of my head for the last seven days all times and also dizziness, weakness happen.... Feel numbness in leg... Stool are not happening properly,fresh blood is being excreted with the stool to forcefully defecate.

Which is the the safe multivitamin tablet for people of my age 57 ,  without any side effects,  to improve immunity and  maintain general good health  ?

My age is 28 & weight is decreased from 32 to 30...,my eyebrow hairs are falling from 7 month...am feeling heaviness is chest .My jaw line is pains.Neck pains & back pain,I am getting very much sensitive to hot weather or cold weather.I feel tired & stressed...dr has dout may be my hb is low...but i m cofused is it thyroid or hb deficiency.

My body temperature is 99 F from last 4 days i am also suffering from Acidity/GERD problem I want to know whether acidity gas problem can increase body temperature to this much and for a person this much temperature is ok?
