I m suffering from pain in my both feet and my sole burning very badly..my pain increases after walking and standing for long time..I m not diabetic neither thyroid issue..and my vitamin d is also normal.
What should I do??

My lipid profile blood test is always normal but I experience shortness of breath , dizziness, muscle pain, cough cold and weakness. My thyroid showed TSH is 5.33. do I have heart problems or thyroid problems??
