Constipation is one of the triggering factor for piles, fistula and fissures. Food rich in fibre should be consumed in good quantities. Mild laxative is also preferred. Local application of medicinal gel can be used with consultation of your doctor

Take fibre rich diet, include fruits and salads in your diet.. and drink 2-3 litres of water daily.. better take a separate bottle for yourself so that you can monitor your water intake.. specially avoid getting constipated, and take prompt treatment if you have constipation..
