For FSH LH TSH TESTOSTERONE(serum amd total), is fasting a prerequisite? Or they can be performed on a non-empty stomach?

I have been suffering from dry cough for last two months and a half. Accordingly taking the medicine montelucast+levocetrizine for last two months at night as per doctor prescription but with no improvement as such.It is pertinent to mention here that the episode of my mild to moderate dry cough generally begins in the evening and continues for maximum one hour.I do neither have any breathing problem nor any fever. Of late depending on further recommendation of my doctor I have undergone various medical test I.e., CBC, Chest Xray and serum IGE. Though the report of CBC and Xray report reveals normal but serum IGE level indicates 188.5. In view of the above, I seek valuable advice for my next course of treatment to get recovery from the cough as stated above. Saunak choudhuri

I am suffering from ibs with diarrhea and constipation and my doctor gave me rifamixin tablet to take can it also give relief from constipation

I feel dizziness when I take turn during sleeping. And when I woke up and try to get up from bed. Sometimes it's turn out worst with vomiting. What is reason for this and to which specialist I should go for check up.

Have got fever yesterday 100 degree with no throat issues. Little weakness. Today it was 99.5 at 2 PM and 98.7 at  3 PM. Pls suggest. I took crocin yesterday. I am scared.

Hi sir/mam I am felling a chest pain from 3or 4days before. Actually pain is rotating right to left and left to right. When I press my chest I am felling pain that time . Some time I fell pain in back side also .this is the only situation. All are fine means I am not felling haveynes in breathing. No cough. Plesase suggests. Thanks and Regards
