I'm feeling burning sensation in hands and Feets also when I stretch my hands or do some yoga I feels pins and needles .when I wake up in the morning I have pain in my whole body and have headache and numbness in my hand. I went daily for walk but after that I was energyless and mainly feels sleepy I feel lot of muscle stiffness in afternoon it aches a litttle bit whatever I eat I feel heavy stomached and fatigued all day . I have confusion in doing work have no concentration just like I am drunken .I feel dizzy all the time . Help me

In my right hand there is sponge like thing beneath my skin. when I m touching it move slightly from its position. it is soft. but there is no pain. few days back I have cbc blood test and routine urine test. both are normal. So what it could be. please tell

Last night I found there was Rat Bite on my fingure and there was little bleeding. It's around 20 hours now, I don't have any Compliancations or issue. My query is that should I need any injection or treatment for this? Or I can ignore this. Thanks in advance.

I have skin lesion on shoulder since 2 Months I have attached photos with date Initially a 4mm lesion appeared on shoulder I decide to pop that on 20 June as result clear fluid was oozing from it with some blood . I applied betadine ointment 4 days and today again clear fluid was oozing and you can see the present condition in pic Also skin around is reddish and inflamed since 2 days I never had nor felt any hard bump around this area ,though skin underneath lesion feels different . Any advice is recommended! Doctors opinion at this point is highly needed hence please help. Thanks

Hello Dr, I have GERD acid reflux, the acid reflux typically occurs whenever I just take a sip of coffee but it doesn't happen with my ctc tea and other foods but with only coffee, I took nescafe but it gave me very bad esophagus burn felt something stuck on my throat. If I still take it regularly my stomach will hurt and the reflux in esophagus wouldn't go away untill I take a Eno and burp then the reflux starts to slow down. But if I take coffee the next day again esophagus burn no matter however I brew it. But I study everyday 10-12hours and it's hard to focus from the afternoon with the drowsiness so I was thinking if coffee can't be consumed as beverage then can I take it as a capsule form? Caffeine anhydrous?? To stay alert and focus from afternoon as well without getting drowsy ? I really want to keep my focus on top notch but everyday I get drowsy from afternoon even though I take 30mints nap I still doze off and no focus in the evening. Dr plz help me plz I'm preparing UPSC.
