Yesterday I went to hospital. So Today I took arsenic album 5 drops and just after that I drank hot water after that I am getting a bad sensation in my throat . Is it normal??

Iam having low grade fever feeling. Back hot with 98.6,98.9 ,99,with body pains ,for 40 days, I went through Covid for three times negative what it causeof low grade fever and body aches, is it any vitamins defiency cause fever, I have more bile around 2.28 ,is it cause fevers and bodyache.

I suffer from pain in body all the time specially after taking bath , I feel energy less suddenly n sleep sometimes at work . I sometimes feel my fingers are lifeless n i fail to move fingers . I sweat suddenly n feel hot suddenly several times . I also suffer from back ache n unable to pick things from floor . My eyes are also getting weak n one eye s diagnosed with cataract too . I have my report which says lymphocytes count is 3600 lymphocytes / micro litre... Is this is okay? My total WBC count is 10200.
