Hello! Your symptoms are consistent with Vitamin D3 deficiency. You probably also have concurrent Calcium and Vitamin B12 deficiencies. All are easily treatable with appropriate supplements. It is better to start these supplements after checking their levels in blood, ie do blood tests. I notice from your history that you are hypothyroid. This also has to be checked every 3 months. However, development of cataract cannot be explained by these deficiencies. Please check with your eye specialist for needful.
Next Steps
Please do the following blood tests - Ionised Calcium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 and folate levels, as well as TFT (FT3, FT4, TSH)
