My tongue is irritating and feel as if it's numb. I can feel the taste though. But feels irritating. There was a small boil and with help of mucopain gel, it has got cured. Should I use the gel again all over the tongue? Pls help.

On 23rd Night I found a rat bite on my fingure there was little bit bleeding as well. I don't have any such issue now but some people saying I must get tetnus injection now, some saying Rabis injection for 3 days required. I have tested vdrl posetive in the month of March since then I had taken erythromycin for 20 days and when I tested again in the next month it was still  reactive. Then I have started taking doxycycline for 20 days 2 doses per day in this month. Which test should I do now? Will this be Reactive for ever ? Or it will be come to an end one day
