Hi Sir/Mam Actually mitamin B12  (299 ml) and  D3(12 ml) defficinet taking below medicine from 45 Days 1.Uprise d3 60k capcule weekly 1.Rejunex CD3 daily for B12 Still joints pain back pain and muscle weakness is there May I know how much average time to recover from above vitamins defficiancy

Please take vit d3 60k sachet in 1cup of milk ever week ...u will recover with in 1 to 2 month....do sr calcium check ..

Hi You should continue the medications for 2-3 months -For joint and back pain Do regular exercises or physiotherapy Also get your serum Calcium levels checked -For weakness take proper diet, sleep and water intake 4-5 litres per day
