Neuropathy and tiredness, and vegetarian diet explains your b12 deficiency... Get B12 treatment and you will really feel the difference after 8 weeks with improvement in your symptoms and lab values.. Hyperuricemia you need to get treated only if you are symptomatic of it!

Your uric acid levels are elevated whereas your vitamin B&D is deficient. You will require medications to reduce the uric acid levels, vitamin B12 is present more in non vegetarian food and your very low levels require vitamin b supplement and you can have a vitamin D supplement on a weekely basis. These lifestyle changes may be of help: - Have a healthy and clean diet rich in items such as dairy products, soy products fortified with b12, cereals fortified with the vitamins, portobello mushrooms, etc. - Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI - Drink plenty of fluids, aim at drinking a minimum of 2.5 liters of water per day. - Have an exposure to the sun for a minimum of 15-30 minutes per day which will help normalize the levels - Avoid alcohol and smoking if you have the habit.
