My docter recommended to take Vitamin D 1000 IU a day and 60000 IU in a week I am taking daily 1000 IU vitamin D daily and 60000 IU once in a week
Pls suggest it will lead to toxcity of vitamin D or what

Cholesterol deposit in one eyelid only?
