Hi, from past 1week headache, tendency of vomiting. After eating food, headache increase and stomach become full with gas. feel like some water is coming from throat. bitter taste. kindly suggest medicine.

I have body ache without any fever for last 4 days. Temperature is ranging between 97.8 to 98.5 . No fever. No cough. No breathing problems. No sore throat. My spo2 is 95/96 at home every day check twice a day. I take one or two Combiflam in a day which gives me relief. I drink hot water twice a day. Gargle twice a day.
