Sore throat
I have sore throat from last 4 days.
No pain ,no fever , no cough also.
only little inconvenience in the throat.
I am doing salt water gargelling also.
should I take any medicine or any thing else please help.

Salt water gargling , hot soup , herbal tea will be helpful.
