My mother in law is 60+ years old and is being diagnosed with Diabetes and blood pressure. Last few days she has been in the kitchen and now is experiencing back pain and also pain in the stomach. She said she had also lifted a heavy item in the kitchen which I assume must be the start of the problem. Please advise

I'm having gastritis issue for past 3 weeks. I'm feeling discomfort in the chest area, belching all day, feeling weak and energy less. Feel like eating every half an hr to overcome the discomfort. It has become more for past 4 days. I took Rabeprazole 20 mg for first 4 days. It didn't help for long time. Started taking pan 40 twice a day for last 3 days. I'm feeling a little better but not completely. Feeling stressed too and it feels like it's increasing the gastritis issue. I keep drinking warm water. I don't eat junk, oily or spicy food n I stopped taking coffee/tea since 2 months. Can I continue the same pan 40, if yes, for how many days. Please help.

Feeling tired , weak and body pain,  this what might be causing this ? What best can be done to improve the situation ?

My wife weight is 26 and height 5. From childhood my weight was 32. But due to ibs d i have lost some weight. All my endoscopy and colonoscopy reports are well. But as i couldnt digest diary products, fat and pritein richfoods i generally avoid them. Recently in last 6 months i found swelling in my feet. So i did my liver and kidney profile test. In the report i found my albumin level is 3.2L. Urea -9.8L, BUN- 4.6L, BUN creatine ratio -8l. Due to covid we could not consult any doctor. Kindly suggest if there is any emergency for consulting a doctor or not.

Almost 8 days back I got cold. Have taken Cetirizine for 3 days and one cough syrup, took steam, gargled may times. Now cold is not there but Slightly morning cough is there and can feel bothersome mucus on chest and throat. Sometimes have to take long breath(not sure if is a breathing problem). Very frequently I am taking burps as well .Please let me know what can be the problem and how should I proceed.

My wife feeling very tired after period. She is taking calcium and vitamin d3 tablets. She feels better little after sleep and after 2-3 hrs she again feels tired.

Lower back pain and upper back right side pain more than 2 weeks. Chest pain in the middle and both side rib pain.  Due toLower back pain unable to bend... Some times inflammation occurs ... Uneasyness for upper back pain. One elbow joint is too painful along with one right knee joint.
