Both the legs ankle swelling & foot are too. Heavy leg pain while sleeping, so due to this pain there is no proper sleep from couple of months

Due to lockdown, I was suggested Calcirol Sachet per day at night after food for couple of weeks. I got the medicine delivered via Practo and the sache I got was Cadila Calcirol Sachet 60000IU/gm. I saw that the Vitamin D3 tablets need to be taken only once a weekor else there is a chance of Vitamin D poisoning, so before consumption wanted to confirm is it safe to take this sachet everyday?

Done with full blood test. Wants to show the report. Seems like some issue with cholesterol and deficiency of vitamin D.

10 months ago a street dog accidentally pressed my feet by its feet while moving. I got an impact but there was no dog bite and no visible scratch. But I was not sure wheather nail just touched or not. Anything required? Thank you.
