Fluctuating heart rate
I am a covid positive patient . Iam on my 5th week now . Iam feeling dizzy all the time . And my spo2 is 99. My pulse is fluctuating between 54 and 64 rpm (is it a good or bad) . Iam also feeling week . I also have low grade fever sometimes . Please suggest me some solution

Take adequate diet and plenty amount of water. Don't worry fluctuating pulse rate is not a issue. But you need proper treatment for weakness.
