Dear doctor ... some days back my resting heart rate was 80,90,95, but now from almost one week my resting heart rate is 65,70.. is this normal ?? my heart beats above 65 when i rest

Your heart rate is within the normal limit.you should not be too concerned about it unless you experience palpitations even at rest.

Anything between 60 to 90 is normal.
Next Steps
you may get heart beat upto 120 in fever.. stress .. exercise.. anxiety or low hemoglobin.. that is also normal for these conditions
