Post covid high heart rate when walking
I have a hi heart rate when walking post covid. Doc has given BP med and says I can start with moderate exercise. When will heart rate return to normal? Is it ok to go for a walk?

KINDLY DO NORMAL WALKING-NO BRISK WALKING/AEROBICS/HEAVY EXERCISES FOR FEW MONTHS---HAVE A WELL COTROLLED LIFE WITH YOGA/PRANAYAMA ETC -GOOD LIFESTYLE AND POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH WITH SMILING ;HAPPY WITH ALL.USUALLY YOU WILL BE OK IN MAXIMUM 2-3 MONTHS .

AVOID JUNK FOOD/ALCOHOL/SMOKING AND OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS .HAVE PLENTY OF FRESH VEGETABLES /FRUITS --AS SALADS AND FRESH JUICES
