Flu

For the past few days I have been passing loose stool every time after eating. I have experienced this since few years. I feel weak. Yesterday I started shivering for no reason. Not the first time. My nose has been blocked several times, and I've had panic attacks at these times. I had typhoid this January, but otherwise I eat only healthy food. My sleep cycle is really bad, I sleep at 4 & get up at 11 am everyday. What is wrong with me, and how can I fix this with home remedies?

Many time I feel like lethargic , uncomfortable , uneasiness even while sitting I feel like I have no heart beat , breathing problem like I have to take long breath, however done almost every test and all r normal, ecg , echo normal lipid profile also normal Hb is 16 , I am a active person doing gym since last 11 years , also playing outdoors games 1 hour daily, feels like there Is no power in my legs , what to do next. Simultaneously gas also forms many time , but this condition slow me down many time on and offf...plz suggest the best

I am having severe headache from last 12 days, I had gone outside in the afternoon (in 40 degrees C) for half & hour. Then my head started throbbing in the night & it doesn't end ever since.
