Uncomfortable feeling inside mouth

Hi, Since last 5-6 days I am feeling very uncomfortable in my mouth. May not able to explain properly but feel like toungue want to rub again and again on palate. Weakness and tiredness in body

Sneezing at morning

I have 2 tongue ulcers and they are causing lot of discomfort. Usually I get ulcers on inner lip or inner cheek. But this is the first time I getting it on the tongue. What are causes for such ulcer? How do I avoid them? I usually lot of digestive issues too. Is it related to it?
