Unusual thirst
I have severe thirst. I feel sleepy around 11 morning. Have throat pain when speak, can't speak loudly. Acidity issues are also there. I have normal sugar levels. Done hbac1, which is normal. Taking medicines for hypertension, thyroid, cholesterol & peripheral neuropathy issues. Pls suggest me what to do
