My hubby is 35 years old. Since 3 days ,he is feeling dizziness when shaking his head. Took bp sugar report. Bp-119/47 mm/4g. Sugar is 70 & 86 before and after fasing respectively which is normal only. What could be the reason for dizziness??

Sir I am 35 years old banker and obese . but I didn't had any kind of problems in the past . but these days I am facing a lot of issues . major one is back pain . once I get back from office and lay on bed I am unable to stand back easily . my back feels stiff and severe pain is there . I am also having constipation issues . I am not diabetic till date but when I checked my diabetes at home it was on the higher side . I feel tired all the time . kindly suggest me what test should I go through and what kind of treatment should I take .

From last 4 months I feel my body has less energy and I get quicky tired and fatigue. Body pain a lot. Only feel good if I sleep or lay in bed.My diet is normal nothing changed. Body doesn't have that energy or flexibility like before. I have no fever or any other symptoms of illness. Definitely feel hunger a lot. The only problem is fatigue and body pain, joint pain.
