Hi..I feel discomfort in thought and chest(middle) not left or right side. Little bit pain in thought and chest and also bit pressure feeling in chest middle part. This is happening from last 2 weeks. Can you please suggest why it is happening? Suggest any medicine please.

I have tested positive now no symptoms only half loss of smell and taste . . oxygen level is good . 10 days completed but I tested ysday today report came ..how much time will take to recover..have no fever ..how would I know to become negative

For past 1.5 years I was having muscle twiches. 2 months back I consulted a GP and got thyroid, vitamin D and kft tests done. My creatinine was 1.37 and anti tpo> 1300,t3,t4,tsh normal. Then I went through ultrasound and urine tests. Urine was normal but a simple cyst was found in kidney. I was asked to take multi vitamin and vitamin d. One week later my KFT came back to 1.2. Post that I suffered from Corona but recovered.Today after. 2 months I got myself tested for KFT,Thyroid and CBC. Creatinine came 1.28 and platelets 113. Other reports are fine. For past one week when I lie down I feel internal Tremors. I am very stressed out and always anxious. What shall I do? Who should I consult?

After eating non veg I experience recurrent pooping in a day. I can't leave home due to this problem. Sometimes without eating non veg I experience incomplete bowel movement. Iam suffering from severe anxiety problems also.

My mom foot palm is burning since many years, no pain only burning sensation ,sometimes burning stops for few months than it starts again.

Need to get a medical certificate for an Epass as I wish to travel home. I have no symptoms of any illness. How do I proceed?

Greetings Dr. Sahab. As per our telephonic discussion today I am sharing my history. From the last 45 days I have been facing breathing and sore throat problems. I havebeen usin AEROCORT Inhaler from the last 6 years only on SOS basis which was required may be once or twice in a month. We are your regular patient and never required any opinion from any other doctor because every time your treatment was spot on. But as you were not available on OPD I went to civil hospital on 24th June for breathing and sore throat problems and nasal dryness.Chest X Ray was clean and I was told of allergies and gas problems. I was prescribed Montek Lc and panreg dsr and rhinoset -s nasal spray. The treatment worked. Then from 8 July onwards I started feeling chills specially during the day time and body started paining with no fever. I took paracetamol for that. But it happened regularly. Chills and body ache during day time. On 16th I consulted a doctor at Panchkula ( all prescription and reports attached). He suggested that I have throat infection and allergy and accordingly prescribed medicine HIFEN LXX, SOLITAIRE and Nimelol for 5 days.also did malaria, widal, blood, urine and covid test. All the test other than widal were negative . I was told that I had a mild typhoid . And medicine prescribed stopping the earlier course after 3 days . Meanwhile from 16 June itself I started having mild fever 99-99.8 daily during day time , with bodyaches, headaches and chills mainly during day time. Also I have lost about 10 kgs in last 2 months. I started taking medicine for typhoid as prescribed but after two days I found that throat problems increased. Doctor stopped Azithromycin after 2 days and continued with other medicines for another 3 days. But after 5 days nothing improved. Then again doctor said to start Azithromycin 500 mg along with other medicines for 5 days which I did. Now 10 days are gone. But still no relief. Having fever of about 99.3-99.8 from 11 am onwards which subsides at night and in the morning it stays at about 97.9. Bodyaches, chills , headaches and sometimes vomiting tendency also, throat also feels irritated.Mainly during day time. Breathing sometimes ok and sometimes problem. It has been 10 days since I am taking medicine but no sign of improvement. Today all my medicine are finished.Request your advice and treatment on the matter. Sending reports, prescription and fever chart for the last 10 days.. Regards..Rahul Agarwa

Hi, I am having masse in my neck and near around its area few of them are little large and some near around is very tiny. Can i use salactin paint or thuja cream over it. Or i need to go some other  treatment please suggest. Thanks

Hi! Plz check this ecg! I was having chest discomfort since 3 days.. Today went to doc.. But I was not having any symptoms but I told him I get pains when I walk.. So wid dere permission I climbed 8 floors of hospital up n down and after 5 mints they did ecg.. I didnt get discomfort that time but since i have returned back from home my chest hurts badly. Its been 1 hour since I have it.. Shall i go back to emergency

During a blood draw at a private lab I noticed that the vacutainer needle  seal sticker was torn already. After 1 month I started having symptoms like headache, dizziness, severe fatigue. Red purpura spots on legs, sore throat. I still have severe fatigue, headache, dizziness swollen lymph node near elbow, 3 month after . I did a 4th gen hiv test at 8 7days negative. Can hiv be suspected. Can vacutainer needle be reused. There was a time gap of 7 minute between me and previous patient.
