I had Vitamin D and B12 deficiency and I was advised to take D-Rise and Neurobion forte. The recent reports attached however says there is a slight increase in both those levels, should I continue the course? If yes, what should be course duration? I also feel my scalp itchy whenever I eat food containing green chillies, this is happening for the last 4 years before which it was perfectly fine. Is there any medication to this?

Hi The thermometer reading showing as 99.2 degree Fahrenheit but I don't feel as Fever. Is this a fever. Also during morning the temperature is low and slightly increasing during evening

M/33 W:90kgs H:170cms Recently I have noticed there is sloght swelling in my right chest and armpit. Right side seems bit enlarge then left. Noticed this 10 days back. There no pain or any lump as of now what i can feel from touching the Chest or armpit area. However there is some kind mild strain (not always) or tickling pain sometimes. Also, i have shoulder and arm on the day when I work more or use hand more like cooking. I feel i have bad sleepy posture too. History: I had cough issue previously and xray(done on 20th may) were normal and pulmonologist suggested allergic cough as my ige(serum) clia is 260. Currently taking montair 10mg (since last 45days.). Also took other antibiotics and other medicine in last 45day. Recently doc did sinus xray and found sinus problem. Coughing seems to be better then before.

I am sneezing regularly since last 6 7 days,there is irritation inside nose,body temp keeps on coming and going and is recorded at 96 to 98 degree,pain in forehead which keeps on coming and going.i have little irritation in neck too due to which i cough at times. Please advice if it could be symptom's of covid.there is a little darkish patch near my eyes,i am regulary working on a laptop since 3 months at home and i have spectacles too. Also what is the procedure to get a test done for covid 19,which doctor can prescribe based on symptoms for a test

I taken test of covid 19 and the result is positive and I have breathing issues for past 4days. What I have to do now?. I'm really scared about it.

As her TT(tetnus) vaccination is due in this week and we want to avoid going to doctor due to covid how long can we delay the vaccination

Hello Hysterectomy done in 2011, ovaries intact. Menopausal symptoms hv started. Thyroid  TSH is 2.16.Hairfall increased. Insomnia, mood swings, constipation etc. Consulted dermatologist, ayurvedic dr for hairfall nd constipation. Dermatologist prescribed mintop eva 5% nd keraglo eva. Ayurvedic dr prescribed meds for constipation nd sesa oil. Really confused as to what is the real prob. Is it hormonal imbalance or constipation. Does mintop eva 5% nd keraglo eva have side effects. If no then how long shld I use. Will it cause hairfall if meds r stopped. Is there homeopathic or ayurvedic meds for hairfall. What r they?. Pls help

I am taking multivitamins since last month Tab A to Z for immunity gaining .I stopped this Multivitamins last two days because i have started acid reflux last one week. I feel weekness sometimes is this because i stop multivitamins ?
